Coffin Esquire
"All that Lot or Tract of Land Situate on
"both sides of Salmon River in the Parish of Saint
"Martin |and County of St John| in Our Province of New Brunswick and
"bounded as follows, to wit, beginning at a marked
"Spruce Tree on the Shore of the Bay of Fundy to the
"Westward of the said River thence running north
"three degrees and thirty minutes west by the
"Magnet crossing the said River one hundred and
"twenty eight chains of four poles each, thence
"North eighty degrees East fifty chains and thirty
"links, thence South three degrees, thirty minutes
"East one hundred and ten chains to the shore
"of the Said Bay of Fundy, thence bounded by
"the said Shore and by the Shore of Salmon
"River to the place of beginning containing
"five hundred acres more or less with ten per
"Cent Allowance"
