Land of First Contact: The Story of North America's Northern Gateway is an online historical atlas covering the Strait of Belle Isle region, where Europeans and Native Americans first met. Information about each historic site in the area can be obtained by clicking on it either in the map or the alphabetical list provided. The site is meant to serve as both an educational and a tourism resource.
Them Days is a quarterly publication of stories gathered from Labrador elders. The magazine's founder, Doris Saunders, was inducted into the Order of Canada for her efforts. The publishers also maintain an archive.
